# BPS Made Easy

> Washington Tier 2 Clean Buildings compliance, filed for you by July 1, 2027. We submit all three documents to Commerce and claim your incentive.

Easy BPS is an independent service for owners and managers of
Washington Tier 2 buildings under the Clean Buildings Performance Standard:
nonresidential buildings over 20,000 and up to 50,000 gross square feet, and
multi-family buildings over 20,000. Tier 2 owners must report benchmarking, an
Energy Management Plan, and an Operations and Maintenance Program to the
Washington State Department of Commerce by July 1, 2027, and every five years
after. Commerce pays an early adopter incentive of $0.30 per square foot of
eligible floor area ($0.75 for multi-family with an anti-displacement
agreement) to owners who file early. Payment may be reduced or delayed. The
service prepares all three documents, submits them through the Clean
Buildings Portal, and files the incentive application. It is not affiliated
with Commerce or any utility.
